Mike has been collecting vinyl records for over 40 years. His personal music passions are Soul, Northern Soul and Funk. In the late 70's and early 80's Mike travelled all over the UK to Soul music venues including the legendary Wigan Casino. He has since broadened his musical knowledge and while he does still get very excited when a Soul collection comes in for auction, he is equally at home assessing values on all musical genres, and has so far discovered rare Led Zeppelin, Beatles, Jazz and prog rock records - to the delight and surprise of Harper Field customers.
